I know there was an effort to remove the anti sage grouse ESA listing rider from the interior dept. budget this summer.
I never heard the end of that.
Is the Interior Dept budget held up with the rest of the federal budget in DC and this issue is not yet resolved - thus no e-mails etc about resolution?
Or has it been resolved. Does anyone know if the budget  bill being currently considered has the rider in it?
