Must also have demonstrated experience publishing scientific papers in quantitative ecology. Must have proficiency with programming, spatial analysis and statistics in R and be able to develop and implement hierarchical statistical models using Bayesian and/or frequentist methods. Highly Desirable: Experience with population demographic models, strong background in spatially explicit analysis, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and an ability to communicate and collaborate well.
