Hi,
This may be of interest (at end of this email) to those who are not IUCN Commission members as well: how we can engage community members and decision makers to stop the loss of threatened species and ecosystems. There will be a Facebook livestream of the event March 3 at 8 AM MST.
Lastly, one more reminder about Great Plains Conservation Network’s (formerly Northern Plains Conservation Network) Annual Zoom Meeting at 9:30 AM on Monday (see immediately below).
NOTE: We will stop using the old NPCN Listserv in March so all your communications will come from Great Plains Conservation Network listserve now—please sure to add gpcn@list.plainsconservation.org mailto:gpcn@list.plainsconservation.org to your safe senders list.

What if we could change the outcomes for threatened species and ecosystems?
Dear Commission member,
To continue exploring different perspectives around this important issue, join us in our new webinar: Communicating how to Reverse the Red to discuss and shape what it will take for our collective efforts to Reverse the Red. In this opportunity, we will hear from Jared Lipworth, Executive Producer & Head of Outreach and Impact at HHMI Tangled Bank Studios; Cat Kutz, Smithsonian’s Conservation Commons and Earth Optimism; Judy Mann, President-Elect of International Zoo Educators Association and SAAMBR; and Diogo Verissimo, On the Edge Conservation Director of Conservation Marketing talking about how we can engage community members and decision makers in this global movement to drive action and hope for species and ecosystems into the next decade.
No-one holds the answers, but together we can change the outcomes for species.
If you missed the previous Reverse the Red webinars, you can watch the recording here.
We invite you to view the event through our live stream on Facebook.
This event is part of a new series of webinars we will be preparing during 2021. Please, stay tuned at www.reversethered.org for more information.
